About the Company Founded in 1963 and headquartered in Albany, Oregon, OFD Foods, LLC (“OFD”) is the largest and most technologically advanced freeze dryer in the country, freeze-drying a wide variety of foods and other products for numerous end markets, in its facilities in Oregon and New York. OFD freeze-dries fully cooked entrees and high-value food, supplements and pharmaceutical ingredients. Much of the Company’s work is B2B or contract based, for large health and nutrition, food and ingredients companies, and for the US Military. OFD also has a growing consumer brand, Mountain House, which is freeze-dried entrees for the camping and personal food storage markets. These branded packaged meals are formulated, processed and packaged in the Company’s own facilities. OFD’s growth will be driven by (a) its brand - Mountain House and other newly created branded launches (B2C), (b) high-value health and nutrition products (probiotics, other live cultures, etc.) (B2B), and (c) growing military offerings and contracts. OFD is majority owned by Endeavour Capital, a Portland, Oregon based private investment firm, with offices in Portland, Seattle, WA, Los Angeles, CA and Denver, CO. Endeavour has a 30-year track record of partnering with great Western-U.S. based companies and supporting their growth and evolution over a 5-10 year timeframe. Endeavour does not believe in using high leverage in order to allow a company and its management substantial room for re-investment for growth. Founded in 1952 by Les Schwab, this organization has grown into among the largest independent tire retailers in the US with operations in 10 states, 500 locations and over 7,000 employees. Robert is an experienced Pricing Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry. OFD is the world’s technological leader in freeze-drying and the largest independent freeze-dryer in North America. The Company freeze-dries a broad variety of products, some with highly technical specifications, including foods, pharmaceutical ingredients, specialty chemicals, medical devices, cultured organisms and other sensitive biological materials. Tom is an accomplished senior finance professional who has repeatedly brought leadership and organizational excellence to all aspects of Finance and Supply Chain functions. He has delivered significant shareholder value to the full gamut of ownership structures including public, family-owned, and private companies. He is particularly experienced in consumer products (FMCG); established in companies ranging from Large to Small Cap; and has an ideal private equity portfolio CFO and COO profile. 180one congratulates Herb Pharm on the recent appointment of Karla Wright Hayden as Chief Financial Officer. Herb Pharm was established in March of 1979 in a pristine mountain valley in Williams, OR. Established I 1979, Herb Pharm is committed to providing the highest quality herbal products possible, educating people on the safe and effective use of medicinal herbs and inspiring a love for plants and respect for nature. As Director of IT, Nancy will provide leadership and management of the IT function for short-, mid- and long-term strategic planning, implementation and maintenance. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience with her, having received a degree in Business/Managerial Economics and spending a substantial amount of years at companies such as Roseburg Forest Products, LIFE Technologies and, most recently, Thermo Fisher Scientific.
