Christine Kennedy

If Christine ran away and joined the circus, it would be easy to imagine her balancing on a ball as she is juggling an absurd number of objects, while inviting others to join her. As a Partner at 180one, Christine balances her time between ensuring the team has the necessary tools to deliver consistent results and leading critical searches on behalf of our clients. Her attention to delivering value and a focus on client service has led many of her clients to view her as an extension of their management team.

Christine has deep experience in partnering with our private equity backed clients on a variety of roles ranging from CEO, COO, CFO across multiple industries including distribution, technology, and manufacturing.

Christine joined 180one in 2010 after a successful career in finance for Russell Investments, and with a global recruiting firm. Originally from the Seattle area, she graduated from Pacific Lutheran University with a degree in business and economics. On any given weekend, Christine can be found exploring the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two young children in their campervan, recharging with her girlfriends or daydreaming about moving her family to a farm.
