If you ask Effie what drives her, she’ll tell you it’s a mix of curiosity, kindness, and just the right amount of caffeine (ideally enjoyed with 15 blessed minutes of morning silence). With a career shaped by leading through positivity, ownership, and example, she brings that same energy into her role researching companies and the people who make them thrive. For her, every organization is its own ecosystem, and uncovering the stories, motivations, and nuances behind the scenes is what makes the work meaningful.

Her guiding philosophy is simple: the attitude you bring into a room sets the tone for everyone in it. Whether she’s deep into competitive analysis, mapping out leadership teams, or untangling org structures, she approaches each task with dedication and a sense of responsibility that tends to rub off on others.

Outside of work, Effie is all about movement – mainly keeping up with her active family. But when she finds time for herself, Effie might hit the reset button through a fitness session while listening to her personal theme song (“Crazy Train” by Ozzy), or tapping into her creative side by making jewelry.
