If there is anything Jenny has learned from running 4x400s in college, leading a clarinet section in a 200 -person marching band, or performing a freeform dressage act with her 4-H club, it’s that teamwork makes the dream work. If you are on the same team as the best, you will eventually also be the best! She brings this winning attitude to 180one in everything she tackles.

Having worked at both a midsize search firm sourcing executives for PE firms and their portfolio companies and a large public tech company sourcing for internal positions, she has a deep understanding of research processes and how to find that “needle in a haystack” candidate. Not only does she bring professional experience to the table, but she also brings all the creativity, ambition, and determination that she has garnered from years competing in a plethora of sports, music, and academia.



On summer weekends, you might try looking for her at one of the many natural hot springs Idaho has hidden away. She loves exploring the mountains with her husband and finding any excuse to explore the city in finding her next favorite restaurant.
