Greg Togni

Perhaps the name of Greg’s grandfather, Jack, has secretly influenced Greg’s natural ability of being a “Jack of all trades.” As the Managing Partner of 180one, Greg has the privilege of wearing many hats for the firm ranging in setting strategic vision, team development, process improvement, and the overall success of 180one on behalf of its clients.

His 20 plus years of executive search expertise is in working with pre-revenue, family owned, or multi-billion-dollar public companies across a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, distribution, industrial technology, and professional services.

Greg started his career in professional services with PwC and, after coming back from a personal sabbatical as a ski bum at the ripe age of 26, he fell into the recruiting industry with a national firm and led the majority of their markets out of Seattle.

Outside of the office, you might find Greg and his family each winter weekend on the ski hill, cheering on his Villanova Wildcats, spending long days on the water in the summer, or giving the Iron Chef a run for its money on any given Sunday.
