Sponge. That's one word that can describe Lisa's appetite for absorbing information and as evidenced by the number of books she will read each year — 60 — all neatly color coded and arranged on the bookshelves in her Zoom background. Yes, that's five per month. While we all wish we read more like Lisa, we also appreciate her ability as a storyteller which gets leveraged each day when she communicates our client opportunities to prospective candidates.

With over a decade of recruiting experience, Lisa has partnered on a wide variety of searches that range from finance leadership for a multi-billion SEC registrant to helping a private-equity-backed clean tech company stand-up a PMO. 

Besides finding Lisa at the bookstore, she also can be found cheering on her beloved Oregon Ducks with her husband, pulling pranks on her loved ones, or spoiling her basset hound — Biscuit.
