Nicole Brady

Before Nicole ever stepped into the world of recruiting, she learned a priceless lesson about people, courtesy of Sting. While working as a restaurant hostess, she proudly seated the superstar at what she believed was the best table: right by the window, front and center. Moments later, she learned that their version of “best” meant privacy, not spotlight. It was a small moment, but one that left a lasting impression: what matters most is understanding what someone truly needs, not what you assume they want.

It’s a story Nicole still laughs about, but it also perfectly sums up her approach at 180one. She listens more than she talks, leads with curiosity, and asks the kinds of questions that reveal what clients and candidates truly need. For Nicole, great recruiting is rooted in empathy: the ability to recognize that each individual defines success, fulfillment, and the “best fit” differently.

When she’s off the clock, you’ll find Nicole recharging with hot yoga, a good podcast, or any excuse to be in nature or hop on a plane. While Nicole never figured out how to whistle, it doesn’t stop her from rooting for her daughter at soccer games.
